Proracer Motorcycles Scooters & Quad Bikes

This is the best scooter shop I’ve come across. A local Central Coast gem. Kieran is a great salesman who knows exactly how to look after his customers. I had some minor issues with the fabulous restored Vespa Sprint 250 VBB I purchased from him and they were sorted out quick smart. Kieran knows his scooters and it’s an amazing feeling to know that he is local, accessible and a great support. Pro Racer is top notch and Kieran a top bloke.I don’t get the comments in the reviews. It just doesn’t gel with my experience. I’ve never found a Kieran arrogant or unhelpful or overcharge- heck he just adjusted my front brake after a bingle and refused payment. He dropped what he was going to help me out.

People reviewing seem to either love or loathe Kieran and Proracer. I am in the former group. I have found Kieran to be very helpful and more than fair with his pricing. I have bought one Piaggio from him and accessories and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another.

I have recently purchased two new Sherco dirt bikes from Proracer and can say without hesitation that the service has been outstanding. I am completely happy with the Sherco product and have found the support and back up with spares and extras to be exceptional.

Dead set do not understand the other reviews here. I've had nothing but good service, fair pricing on my servicing, work done quickly and above expectations. Highly recommended.

Worst service ever. They charge by the hour and the snail are faster than the people who work there. I tired them and it was the biggest regret, Kieran informed that there was work included in the service, once I got my scooter to be serviced, it turned out what he said was additional work and charged separately. The guy who works for him does not know how do some work and keeps ask Kieran and moves so slow, i could not believe how slow he was, snails were faster than him. First and last time, I take my scooter to him. Bad service. I read bad reviews but I thought it was some the customer was wrong, it turned out the other customer was right on the spot. Not good place to service your motorbike/scooter. (I had to put one star so I can post my review, but it should be negative one million stars). UPDATE: What a statement can't please everyone all the time" this is a statement a thief would say. Proracer charge by the hour so you need to do the job honestly and have qualified people doing the work

This business's service is possibly the worst I have ever come across. Arrogant and could not care less about customers needs. They do not support their Chinese products. Gear box gear failed on a quad and would not supply the part to repair, but would only supply a complete gearbox. Parts are not available for their Sam Quad. A cheap and nasty product much like the business

Had a checkup about oil, at pickup he told me that my horn wasn't working and I needed to get another appointment to fix this.I just had a service at another place (out of convenience) and I mentioned the horn.Guy told me the horn was just disconnected...Yeah, I won't be Cong back.

This guy is one of the most arrogant business owners I have ever come across, he sells cheap chinese rubbish and refuses to accept responsibility when there is a problem. Here's a tip for anyone considering going to ProRacer Gosford Don't" save a little bit more and get a quality product rather than crap that will just fall apart sooner rather than later."

totally dishonest owner. Bought a bike at an advertised price which the owner also said was the price and went to pick it up only to find he said it was $1000.00 more as prices had gone up. He could also have contacted me if there was a problem rather than me spend half a day getting money and trailer to pick up. Who wants to deal with a person who is trying to rip you off.

Bought a Sherco 250 from ProRacer. Next level customer service! Ordered the bike on a Tuesday and told them I need it by the weekend. There was a delay with courier from Melbourne and didn't arrive until Friday at 8pm. Kieran stayed back for delivery, put the bike together and called me at 11pm to see if I was still keen to pick up, and boy was I keen!Firstly, a bloody good bike - came from a 450 4-stroke and my enduro riding has improved 10-fold. But most importantly, ProRacer delivered on their promise.Cheers gents!
