Incredible service every time. The reception staff are some of the loveliest humans I have ever met, and the vets are no different, so kind and understanding. Their work ethic is admirable and they always look after me and my problem puppy.From when I got my first dog at 8 weeks old they have been excellent, quelling my fears and worries, and always making time when we need to get seen straight away.Thank you for everything!

Have to say that PVC has saved us more then once. An excellent Vet service with great staff who are transparent and upfront with costs.Recently had to get a hip surgery done for my partners cat. After being told we would be paying 8k at one of the 24hr vets we got in contact with PVC. Dr. John was able to do the surgery for less then half of the original quoted price and has been wonderful with follow up care.

Dr Kylie is absolutely amazing.The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable.Prices aren't too high here and there is ample parking and seating inside whilst waiting to be seen.

Not happy over the last nail clip. My cat Mimi was seen to by the vet nurse who supposedly cut them, and she told me to wait outside. I took my cat home. No more than a week later, she's getting her nails caught on everything. I KNOW the cat's nails weren't cut properly. I'm really disappointed with that, plus the fees charged for said job are exorbitant. Not happy. Taking my business elsewhere.

Our furbabies have been going to payneham vet for many many years. I believe we are reaching 5 years and although there is another vet 1 minute walk away, we prefer travelling to payneham to see the vets there :)
