Very poor after-sales service and extremely rude manager Kerrie who is just after grabbing more money than offering good after-sales service that's already been paid for.Stay away from this money-grabbing company. hikvision security system installed by Castle Security in Feb 2022. The complete system comes with a 3-year manufacturer warranty. The NVR was not booting up and the whole system failed. On contacting Castle Security on Jan-23 (10+ phone calls and tons of emails) they never reverted.I still haven't got anything in writing back from them. After too many follow-ups Kerrie the office manager said they want more $$ for making a warranty claim that was installed and serviced by them less than a year ago and are now handballing the liability to the manufacturer/hikvision. On contacting manufacturers they passed it back that warranty is given to the installers and not the end user so please contact the installer. Please be very careful with such gimmicks these security company adapts and ensure you get the product warranty which doesn't get void if the product is installed at the same location irrespective of who the user. Tomm if you decide to sell the house or rent it, the benefits should be linked to the product serial num (house it was instslled) and not to the human.The company should still support the product till the end of the warranty.This is what all other manufacturers do.I will never recommend them particularly due to their warranty claiming process, poor product quality and after-sales service and rude staff.They dint even bother to come an inspect.There are plenty of other providers who look after their installed service/products till the warranty expires once that's fully paid.Maddy

As a home-based business owner, I thought it very important to get get my house secured with a quality alarm and camera system. Louis and the team made all efforts to ensure my property was inspected, mapped out, priced and installed efficiently within a very short amount of time! Louis was very informative about my options of packages and the installers were friendly, communicative and happy to listen to my queries on the day. They installed it within a few hours and left my house as tidy and clean as possible given how much drilling they did putting cables through walls and rooftop. My wife and I purchased a townhouse in Applecross. The original intercom (with connections to 2 internal systems, was still in place but not functional. I sought a number of quotes and ultimately went with Castle Security because of their knowledge, product options and no hard sell. It tok sometime to work through issues with my 2 neighbours with Castle Security offering a range of options. Ultimately I went on my own. Technician was great and some minor matters were easily resolved. We are extremely happy with our new intercom and the service provided by Castle Security and their contractors. Highly recommended.

It's not often that things turn out as smoothly as they did when I employed Castle Security to upgrade my home security.After I made my initial inquiry, Louis visited my home promptly. He discussed my needs, looked our place over and gave me his expert opinion. This was followed by his quote for the job.After I accepted the quote, Castle Security swung speedily into action and the job was completed with minimum delay.The two installers (Kien and Anh) were pleasant, highly proficient and absolutely efficient. They suggested improvements to the original plan and implemented the changes effortlessly.The whole job was completed quickly and I am impressed that it was so neat and professional.It was also a pleasure to deal with the office staff who answered my inquiries promptly.The hardware has proved to be excellent and I am able to monitor the system from ANYWHERE.I am very grateful for an excellent job and can thoroughly recommend Castle Security as a highly professional, local, family company.

Cannot believe what I witnessed… The driver of their company van (1DCU 500) weaves in and out of traffic, cuts off other drivers, puts his middle finger up out the van window. Very unprofessional staff member and a truly grotesque representation of the company. Would recommend this staff member be dismissed if Castle Security want to maintain a respectable public image.
