Brought my lap top in with a pixel line screen issue. Was repaired in 2 days. Great quick service and wonderful commu ication from Matthew over email, he even wished me a great holiday as I'm away. Had a minor keyboard lighting issue after repair and Shelley was fantastic in arranging the re repair the next day and only had to wait 10 mins :) You don't get service like that any more!

The manager Alan Tan was touchy and I felt harrassed to work with him last time and I feel the interns or ladies should stay away from him or report it immediately, this guy is dangerous and won't keep my silence #metoo
