When I arrived at the counter two staff members at the front didn't acknowledge me. They farewelled one stuff member and then continued making another order. Which is fine but poor customer service to not even acknowledge someone waiting. Eventually I was greeted but a very unenthused staff member and had my order taken. Cream on the drink or so to speak was when she called the name Brittany 3 times and then glared at me and said iced chocolate which was just proof that she had no interest in being there because I have her my name Ruby...not even close

Service is lovely, coffee is always good and and the girls make an effort to remember you by name and order if you frequent here.

Great coffee and lovely staff! It can get crazy busy sometimes, but I always appreciate their calmness and efforts to make their customers happy. I always make sure to grab a soy mocha/cappuccino from them during my lunch breaks on Sundays :)

They take way too long to make a coffee, I waited roughly 30 mins for 2 cups of coffee. Pretty non efficient.

Had coffee time with my sister here. Had caramelatte which was delish and my sister's fave- irish nut creme. Had a nice arvo with nice coffee! Definitely comingback and highly recommended!!!

Nice place to get your coffee while shopping within Brookside. It does get busy, but the staff are friendly and the coffee is good.

Always awesome coffee & the owner is sensational...!! My 1/2 strength Decaf Latte on Almond is always on point here....!! And Ziggy loves the Coffee & Carrot cake here too... win / win....!! X

I arrived at at 4:15 on a Sunday (4:30pm closing time listed on google) to find that the store had been closed. I asked the manager on shift if they would be able to make a drink and I was non-politely told, sorry we are closed. I would understand being closed early if there was a staff shortage or something but 3 people on a Sunday afternoon seems plenty. If it wasn’t for the rude tone I wouldn’t have left a negative review for this experience.

Great coffee! Friendly swift service! Competitive reasonable prices! Great cakes & artistic touches to the cappachinos! The store is within Brookside Shopping Centre which has a restroom & excellent parking facilities! Friendly efficient service provided! Adequate seating is available! Wheelchair access is available plus parking!The assistant was very helpful & happy! My girlfriend ordered 2

Always the longest wait and the staffseem to always be standing around. There is no urgency to get the orders done.
