Car has been damaged and my Gear shifting rod has been broken. Worst customer service and will not suggest to anyone else. Moreover, they took more than 2months to move my car.

If I can give them 'zero' star I would.Pros:- Good Client Communication : they come back to you asap. When you send them an email, they get back to you next day.Cons:- Security for the car : they kept car doors open. I put all my stuff in the car, but they NEVER close door. (100% fact since I could track through my app)There are lots of scratches on my car, and someone took the car's logo at the back.I asked them to fix my car, but they said I need to pay them $800 to get fixed. LOL- Really slow : You will never get your car in time. My car supposed to be delivered in the middle of July, but it has been delivered on Aug. I paid fee for car park for nothing for a month.It was the worst decision I made this year. I suggest car transport with train.

Booked through Car Transport Express, not realising it would be SMB. Was so concerned seeing all the terrible reviews but honestly….Not sure why all the bad reviews, my car was delivered from Perth to Adelaide within exactly 1 week of me dropping it off and no damage done. I was initially concerned after dropping it off as it was a clunky old van that I thought they wouldn’t car for, but everything went smoothly

Needed my car moved from Adelaide to Perth. Dropped it off on 28 of March with expected arrival date of 20-27 April. This was crucial to me because I was starting a new job in the city, 50kms from where I am staying in Perth. Car never arrived on time. I was then told it would come a week late, and then when it didn’t arrive again, I was told it was coming 6 of May. Every time I called them, they said they couldn’t let me know where it is, only give estimated arrival.You pay a lot for a company that can’t keep their word…

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Every call I made to them trying to find out when would my car arrive would have different responses. The last 2 weeks I was told it’s arriving the following week. I call again then get told it won’t be till begging if week, then told it hadn’t even left the depot. Then I was told it’s delayed as the truck had broken down in Adelaide. Then was told they will deliver my car. Again told that the truck had broken down again. Then told it would arrive on Sunday and guess what it didn’t. I got a call on Monday and I had to pick it up. They would make a great football team as they all seem to handball.I also lost a day’s work from the car not arriving. You would think 33 days would be sufficient!Save yourself the stress, don’t deal with them

I had my car transported from Kalgoorlie to Perth. The side mirror had been damage. They were able to have it fix. thank you to Laura.

Great service! I transported my car from Cairns, QLD to Exmouth, WA and it came close to the time frame I was told, (considering all the flooding going on I was happy with that). Also, they have great customer service! I was talking to Calypso who would answer any email the same day!My car did get a bit scratched and bumped but I guess that's all part of it so I understand it.

They picked up my car purchase interstate then they delivered it into multiple cyclones and left it there for 2 weeks without informing me they even had it. When asked why they didn't notify they lied, saying they had tried to call me in total ONE times. They said didn't attempt leave a txt message or email or even call Toyota to Inform them they had the car. BUT they did lie about not being able leave a message on message bank. Also their hands are apparently being tied and not being able to do more than make 1 fake phonecall in 2 weeks due to having a small team of people.But it's okay because they don't offer insurance for damaged vehicles, yet they won't cover or put them inside for protection even though they hold the cars in a GRAVEL compound ultimately resulting in thousands of dollars worth of damages.To add a cherry on top they will happily answer the phone to tell you that you can't pick up your car for multiple days even though it's in the process of currently getting damaged!Someone please start a law suit and get everyone wronged involved so we can get compensated due to this company that has apparently damaged so many customers products but gets paid and continues the trend arrogantly.

my car arrived with a dint (100mm round, 30mm deep). The Toyota dealership said it wasn't there when they delivered it. I was asked to inspect the car in a dark shed when I picked it up. I didn't notice it as it was low near the undercarriage.Now I have a damaged car nobody wants to help with. after emailing smb I was completely ignored. I would not recommend using this sercice

We booked through National Car Movers and did not realise they use SMB Australia. The car was relocated (with personal belongings) from Perth - Darwin, was great service and arrived in the estimated time frame! All items were still packed and secure and no damage to the vehicle.Car was a bit dusty but that was to be expected.Was a bit worried after reading some reviews here but have no hesitation in recommending them.
