Totally disgusted with treatment from this team. Having purchased a walker and having problems with front wheel nut disappearing, they claimed because we put on a temporary nut until being able to get to an opened store, we had voided the warranty. I was totally dependent on this walker as my only means of mobility. Eight months passed before they finally sent replacement nuts at no cost. However, in the interim, it meant having to check the wheeler on a daily basis for safety reasons. I do hope their customer service has changed since then.

My recent experience with purchasing a bundle of things from Aidacare Hervey Bay was stress free and an easy purchase right through to home delivery. Good products and good service.An extra shout out to the delivery drivers, they were friendly, helpful, and respectful, I felt completely safe and satisfied......Thanks guys.So if you need anything to help you with your independence, I recommend Aidacare for an all round great service.

Hayley was amazing. Aidacare didn't have what I wanted but Hayley directed me somewhere else. No profit in this for her or the business but if I need anything like this again I'm going straight to Aidacare and will recommend to everyone.
