I recently needed the help of Mobile Experts at Casual to assist me with some issues I had with my mobile. Mathew was so very helpful, professional and polite and a generally nice young man. He fixed my phone issues very quickly and I would certainly use this kiosk at Casula again if I ever needed to fix mobile phone problems in the future. Well done Matt!

Absolutely horrified by the service of the male member of staff working today. I simple asked the prices for screen protectors on an iPhone. He said $25 for cheap one, $50 for the one that DOES NOT BREAK. So as I queried about it not cracking asking that if it did crack by chance is it guaranteed a replacement. The man the shouted back at me. I would have bought it but purely down to the unprofessionalism of your member of staff and aggressive attitude there is no way I was buying anything from him. Horrific experience. DO BOT GO HERE!!!

DONT EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR .Went in today to fix a issue with my charging port due to it having water in itMatthew who i spoke to fixed it so he said and in the process wrecked my speaker on my phone customer service 0/10 wont even bother going back to get it fixed as he'll wreck something elseCalled up he was extremely rude saying dont tell me how do to my job 123 THIS SHOP NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN DONT BOTHER GOING Over priced Paid $150 and wrecked my speaker on on my phone.I'll be going to fair trading as this is disgusting way he speaks to customers is extremely disrespectful.Wrecked my phone even more .GUYS GO ELSE WHERE DONT BOTHER COMING HERE

Had iPad and iPhone fixed both repairs lasted only approx one month definitely would not risk it again as repairs don’t last.Better off saving the money for a new one.

One of the best places to get your phone fix the staff are very friendly it’s really cheap and they fix your phone very great well done I always take my phone there if I need repair they even gave me a discount caz I always go there if I need my phone fix they do it pretty fast to last time I needed a screen replaced it only cost $79 and it only took 25 minutes to replace the whole screen sometimes less

Very bad people skill they weren't very nice

He replaced my cracked screen and damaged the touch and sensitivity. I went back to him but he refused to fix it. So now after I paid $100 to replace the screen I have to buy a new phone and I can't sell the old one with that damage that he caused. I will report him to the ACCC.

Went to get my front screen replaced on my S20 Ultra, after the repair, the rear glass would always open up. Went to get it fixed but kept happening again. Went to another place for diagnosis, turns out they bent the battery (that's why it wouldn't close up properly) and also replaced my original rear glass with a non-genuine one most likely because they broke it during the repair. Went to discuss the issues, they said they know nothing about it even though the rear glass is clearly not the original. Would not trust this branch or this franchise with anything+response to comment: if the battery expanded, why was I not notified prior to closing it up? also that does not explain the replaced rear cover

Please don't go here Matthew and his colleague have the worst customer service. They don't want to resolve the issues that you have after they claim to have fixed your phone. The warranty doesn't cover the damage they do to your phone when they claim to have fixed it. Please save your money and go somewhere else even if you have to pay more.

I came to get a screen repair for my iPhone 11 Pro Max and the quality of the repair was faultless. It literally looks brand new! Mathew did an excellent job and gave the best possible service and even gave me an amazing quality screen protector at a cheaper price.
