There is something incredibly special about Kath's classes. The camaraderie, seeing the sunrise, the fresh air... her ability to make every class different. Her care is next level. We all have different injuries, aches and pains.... she caters for all! Thanks Kath for all you do. You have changed my life!!

I really enjoy Kath’s morning sessions at Willoughby netball courts. A great crew of ladies in a safe environment. Kath is very experienced and always provides a good variety of workouts each week. I highly recommend that you try a session if you are looking to improve on and achieve your fitness goals!

Katherine at Healthquarters is amazing! She’s such a huge support - I love her classes - always lots of variety and her commitment to her clients is above and beyond and is appreciated. Lots of challenges and inspiration all year long. I’ve done group classes and 1-on-1 sessions and I love going to training. It’s like a family that all supports each other. Katherine encourages everyone to work hard at their own level and always ensures we have some fun too. Thanks so much Katherine!

A fantastic place to help get your 2022 health and wellness goals regardless of what they are. Katherine provides an awesome variety of fitness programs and has changed my health and fitness levels dramatically ( improved!).

I started training with Healthquarters in late 2021, Kath has been supportive, positive and provides a great environment to train in.With the sessions being held outdoor (undercover!) you feel energised and refreshed after a class.Thanks Kath for creating such a great environment that encourages me to attend multiple sessions in a week!
