Outstanding͏ effort and interaction with Mat LucasMatt went above and beyond what you would expect of a Real Estate Agent considering we live interstate. I would highly recommend Keith and Matt as your agents when looking to sell your property. Their fees were extremely far and reasonable, especially compared to other agents in the area, they priced the property well and were able to get our family a great price for the property (even with the unfortunate timing of interest rate rises). They were kind, compassionate and reasonable, always able to be contacted with questions and always updated us when there was news (or not). We cannot thank you enough for helping us sell our beloved family home in very sad circumstances, but its clear we couldn't have picked better agents.

Do not use this agent to manage your rental property. Highly unethical not disclosing a conflict of interest and admitting to misconduct whilst wanting to continue to manage your property after the misconduct was discovered. Stay away from them - they have inexperienced, deer in headlights propertymanagers - if you can even call them property managers looking after your property. Be careful they will place their relatives in your property without informing you of the huge conflict of interest and will be so lax about your property due to the connection! If there was a zero rating I would definitely give it to them!!!
