Incompetent property management

Had an extremely poor experience with OzDream as property managers. They made huge financial and clerical blunders while working with them, and did not understand the relevant laws and responsibilities in regards to property management. Their conduct was also rude and condescending, and they were trying to extort more money from me at every turn. Ultimately I had to take my dispute to the RTA (several times!) which sided with me on the issues. Very poor business and I would avoid.UPDATE: They are threatening to use my personal data (for various things, including legal action and even to contact my employer!) to get me to remove this review, which is completely unprofessional. This is what you can expect if you engage OzDream.
