Flawless service. Prince Removalist's were recommended to me by a family friend that had used them to move house. Tony came and provided a quote and confirmed all the details. The guys were on time, friendly, professional and most of all very careful with handling all the furniture. It was such a seamless process, I would definitely use them again and highly recommend to others.

From first contact, we have been delighted with the professional service of Prince Removals. Their calm but highly efficient work practice along with the constant reassurance when delays occurred with settlement, helped to ease a stressful situation. We appreciated the wonderful cooperation, thoroughness and care. We have had several moves over the years & have found Prince by far the best company we have dealt with.

Having moved house many times in the past, these removalists really stood out to me. We had alot of challenging objects to move in our three story house such as upstairs fridge and living room furniture. Can't speak highly enough of the team at Prince removals. Tony, who came to quote, was punctual as were the 3 men who did the moving. All were well presented, polite, pleasant and efficient. When an incorrectly assembled DIY coffee table top came off one of the men got his tools out and reassembled it properly, even when I said it wasn't necessary. His comment was that it would have to be done properly eventually. Another man came back to say goodbye rather than leave without doing so. Our move was necessary due to unforeseen and somewhat stressful circumstances but no stress was attached to the moving whatsoever due to the friendly attention we received. Thanks very much to all at Prince Removals and Storage. We believe we got a reasonable price as well.PS: we also used the ladies at The Finishing Touch to pack for us. Their service was also 5 star. They recommended Tony and Prince to us, so we are grateful to them too.

I spent a long time researching a very reliable and quality removalist service, and was super impressed from the get go with Prince Removals. Tony came twice to my house to do a personalised quote (I wanted to know the price difference of a second scenario where we assisted with some of the small items), and was very professional, but also friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable, giving me peace of mind that all my items were in very good hands. Mine was quite a complicated scenario, with a home Pilates studio, double storey house with narrow windy stairs and a king size bed among other things. Tony wasn't phased and explained to me in detail what was going to be involved and what they could offer, including complete dismantling and reassembling of my Pilates machinery, and all beds. We had a wonderful stress-free move on the day. All 3 guys were friendly, polite, very efficient and showed no signs of frustration at me when I only boxed up the kitchen items last minute after they had almost finished loading the rest of my stuff! I highly recommend these guys as they do a wonderful job, are very efficient and arrive when they say they will, which means a lot. No job is too hard for them. No damage to my items.
