F45 Training Cabramatta

F45 Cabramatta is such a fun studio to workout at, the awesome trainers are very motivating and attentive to everyone's needs. All the members are so supportive and encouraging of one another which makes every workout enjoyable. The best part of it is that's there no judgement! After a few quick months, I am now in the fittest shape that I've ever been and it's all thanks to the F45 Cabramatta community!

There's always such a great vibe at F45 Cabramatta!! The trainers are amazing, they are always motivating you and very knowledgeable! The members are super friendly and welcoming! The best thing about F45 Cabramatta is you'll never have to think about what exercises to do when you rock up, it's all thought out for you.... AND the workouts are always changing so you'll never have to do the same workout twice!!! It's seriously a great place to smash your fitness goals!

The everyday vibe of this F45 joint seems to be more like a social bubble and hang out rather than a serious place to train. If you want results with 1-to-1 training and get all your moneys worth, you're better off going to another F45 franchise. The owner will do whatever it takes to get you to sign up for a membership or contract. Once signed up, he hardly responds to any of your messages, and doesn't care while leaving you all alone at your own pace. You will get no support or guidance throughout your journey here (especially with the F45 challenge). The owner hardly shows up to his own F45.The equipment is also outdated and a lack of amenities (necessary) provided for members. This is all due to the owner cutting costs also. Full time trainers usually chat most of the time in class, and also do not provide a short stretch/cool down session (also important) after class - only the part time coaches provide it when they have time. Casual coaches also needs better training rather than just standing there watching others exercise. If the owner wants to keeps his numbers high and prevent the loss of good members, then he should consider all of the above and improve.

Amazing atmosphere and the trainers are so supportive and knowledgeable. The sessions are intense and the workouts are ALWAYS changing to keep you on your toes
