F45 thuringowa is truly a great environment for beginners or for people wanting to get back into exercise after any injuries. The trainers are all amazing and very encouraging. I 100% recommend everyone to come give this ago as once you start you wont ever want to stop.

The team were very welcoming from the second I walked in to the studio. The trainers are knowledgeable, but coach you on form and give you that encouragement to work that little bit harder during the workout. Highly recommend f45 Thuringowa.

Haven’t looked back since joining the F45 Thuringowa studio. Amazing trainers who know exactly how to improve your training, lovely people and a fun atmosphere. Will definitely continue my fitness adventure with them!

I never stuck to an exercise regime until I found F45 Thuringowa. The team are super supportive and have created a fun and inclusive atmosphere. Beginners through to expert will find a place at F45 Thuringowa. Give them a go, I promise it's worth it!

I wanted to start my fitness journey at a young age and F45 helped me do just that. I walked in there doors and the team welcomed me with open arms and ever since then have supported and encouraged me through everything. The team at F45 is absolutely amazing and if you are looking for a perfect workout gym, F45 is the place to go!
