AAA Garden Services

I want to preface this review by saying that the actual weeding work that was done was OK. I chose this company due to their high rating reviews. Unfortunately I was left somewhat disappointed. I was asked to provide photos of the area requiring weeding, so they could provide an estimate, which I did from a couple of angles and this is what they based their quote(estimate) on. I was told they would need 3 hours (2 people x 1.5 hours each) which surprised me. I was asked what else I'd like done in the time, to which I replied I didn't think they'd get it finished but trim the roses if there was time. On the day, my wife was asked by the gardeners if we wanted the back done too (once again they gave us the expectation they'd finish it and do more). She declined, explaining and pointing out exactly where we wanted them to focus, which was the front left of the garden. The female weeder did as requested, but the male focused on other areas we didn't want done. He also intermittently spent around 10 - 15 mins on his phone. I explained my dissatisfaction to who I assume was the owner of the business and she blamed my photos for the poor estimation of the required work. She wanted to speak to my wife, as she was home at the time and had first hand knowledge of what was discussed with the gardeners. Almost 2 weeks later and still no call. I can only assume that once I made payment our dissatisfaction didn't matter anymore. In all honesty, if you run a business by using photos of site rather than attending and then can't work out how long a job is going to take, perhaps change tactics. If I under-quoted a job by 50% or more and then blamed the client, I wouldn't be in business for long.

Franco and Alex did an excellent job on a garden tidy up. They pruned a big hedge, weeded a garden bed full of grass and cleaned up an area which needed moving pea gravel and weeding.They were on time, polite and efficient.Clean up after was great and moved all the waste to the back of our place ready for me to mulch.I will certainly use them again! Thx

Fantastic job. Professional, efficient. The boys did a great clean up after themselves. The hedges looks neat and tidy. Well done. No hesitation in recommending this service to others. I know I will definitely be using them again.

Fantastic service!. The two people who came out worked well. They put in a solid day, no long breaks, not on phones, just working steady all day. We are now back on top of our yard (OK, it's a huge place) and it looks great for the coming summer. Thanks so much.

The team from AAA worked a miracle on our long-neglected front and back gardens. We barely recognise the place (in a good way!). Big thanks to the three guys, they tackled a big job and left everything tidy, cleared away waste and dirt, giving us a great clean slate to work with.

While the actual workers on the day of the job were great and helpful the administration side of the business is atrocious. I called enquiring if they could do my front and back garden before my rent inspection I gave photos etc and the quote they gave me was extremely off and the workers couldn't even get to the front garden In the time the gave. They said green waste would be picked up day after. Was emailed the day after and was told that it couldn't be done that day. Last I ever heard from the company. Until over a week later after my rent inspection mind you. Where an employee found it upon himself to let himself into my property without my knowledge or even asking while I was asleep awakening me thinking I was being robbed. When co fronted the worker was disinterested and not very apologetic I told him I'm not happy at all and to get his manager to call me they never did... until of course they wanted payment. Extremely unprofessional ignoring complaints, failing to communicate with customers and being unable to complete the job before my desired designated date which was promised could be done. Suggest going anywhere else.
