Have always had a fantastic experience! They are extremely helpful and friendly, happy to answer our endless questions. I've bought wetsuits, bcd's, dive computers and freediving gear from them in the past and the service is second to none. Most recently we bought a Shearwater Teric each and one of them had issues with connecting. Took it back to them and Callum sorted it - no problems :)

I thought buying scuba equipment would be a daunting process, however after meeting with Emma (who was extremely knowledgeable and patient) the entire process became really easy to make informed choices. She really simplified the whole process and I came away well equipped and excited about the opportunities now at my flippers.

Callum was a great help when I was looking for a Dive Computer. I almost made the mistake of buying something more suited for cycling than for diving. I now understand that I will not grow out of my Shearwater no matter how far I take my diving. Well worth the extra dollars.
