The salads, rolls and sandwiches here are delicious. Soul Origin is a welcome addition to the Bankstown Central Shopping centre. It's nice to be able eat healthy fast food and I am slowly making my way through the fresh salads for lunch. They are so fresh and tasty. The prices are very reasonable. Good customer service.

Food and coffee was alright. However, on the 16/06/22 when i bought a coffee for breakfast. After i have made payment, i changed my mind and wanted to add some bread to my meal.Breakfast deal + coffee is $9. The staff charged me for bread $7.9 and coffee $4.5. I asked them with a polite manner because i just bought a coffee.But she wasn't happy and answer me in a very unfriendly manner. And told me that next time you should order together".You cannot say that to customer

I don't believe this is the restaurants fault itself, maybe the supplier? However, I found a leaf that may be some kind of nettle, it stung me when I touched it and I immediately took it out of my chicken schnitzel salad. I believe it may be a hazard to other customers.

BEWARE SOUL ORIGIN BANKSTOWN.******* I found a Moth in my chicken salad just as I was about th take a bite. I immediately dry heaved and nearly vomited. Will never eat from this place again. I took it back and the lady was apologetic and gave me a refund which was fine, but she could've atleast offered me another salad, not that I would've eaten it anyway after whay they had served me previously. Discusted is a understatement !!!!
