Good at the start, but lately the dispensery phone line is always busy and you get forwarded to a message service, but u never get a call back. So I have to keep calling day after day until some one answers (has taken up to 4 days to get through)Staff are always friendly and apologetic, but this is medication and its very poor you can't get your script in a timely fashion. Seriously considering finding another clinic if it keeps happening. Update. Finally got through, asked why it's so hard to get through to dispensery, only for her to get very defensive and raise her voice at me. When I called her on her rudeness she accused me of being rude and ended the phone call.did ask to speak to supervisor only to be told unavailable. Very poor service. Please be aware you can get your script transferred to any dispensery no fuss,and still keep the same doctor. As I've had no problems with the clinic. Moved to Astrid today. So much better.

DO NOT use this clinic’s services!! Incompetent. Unreliable. Impossible to make contact. Finally got through after a week of calling and leaving messages to the redundant position of the lady that supposedly takes and passes on customer enquires/messages. Raised my concerns regarding out of stock script (which I requested to be contacted once back in stock as well as attempting to call and check on numerous occasions with no answer) and they were only able to shift blame and told me to pay for another appointment. How can this be a medical service? Don’t bother leaving a message, they will not contact you back. Waste of time ! Only thing they’re quick at is taking your money for your scripts (if ever in stock). GO ELSEWHERE!

Clancy was really helpful, very patient and down to help type of person. Provided me with all the info I needed and when I kept asking questions was there to listen and was eager to help me. Thanks a lot recommend Clancy and this clinic. They are both very fast and onto it. Made my appointment the following day !

Strangely everything is out of stock, so at the moment supply cannot keep up with the demand, obviously not the staffs fault. Poor upper management?? Suppliers sending everything OS? This country has perfect conditions for growth but prices are insane. So lower the price but first get some stock inWith variation as well, it's like they stock the 1 type of bud. So I guess little to no choice, over priced, never in stock?

Made an enquiry about different products as the CBD oil I got from them doesn’t work. All they wanted to do was book me in with one of their GPs for $200 bucks. As soon as I explained that I have my own GP that would be subscribing the medication they said “have a good day” and hung up. Clearly not interested in patient welfare just meeting a sales target.

Terribly unreliable. I've been a client for over a year, and getting prescriptions filled gets worse every time. I've currently been trying for over 4 weeks - multiple messages with their 'answering service' and multiple txt messages with zero reply.It's causing more anxiety than it's meant to be fixing, very disappointed.

The doctors there are brilliant and explain the prescriptions real well. The problem with this clinic is the customer service which has dropped to the lowest quality over the last few months. No response to calls, messages and texts to the mobile service. My last delivery was dispatched a day late and most recently I've phoned the dispensary and texted them 48 hrs ago with no response or care towards customer support. Ive moved away from Releaf to another dispensary as a result.

So just spent almost $200.00 to order my prescription via post. They mixed up my address and sent it to a different state.Now after paying an additional fee for express post, I’m left waiting without my medication until further notice. Would this happen if it was heart medication? Probably not.

Dispensary, I have been trying to contact the dispensary for 6 days now with only just getting contacted back today. And straight after the call I needed to speak with them again and since can’t get through, I leave messages and have tried the texting services no luck. For a pharmacy of medication they are pretty damn slack to contact people back. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. They don’t seem to care about the customers.
