my daughter had a very didsapointing experience in the Rouse Hill Store today. She returned her $300 linen bed coverlet as the buttons fell off after 1 day. She was told to go home and sew the buttons back on, then yelled at because of covid 19? She was totally humiliated and embarassed after complying with the returns specifications, then being told she needed to go home and fix her $300 bed cover. Very dissapointing My House - waiting on a response from head office.

I was in the store for 10 minutes and both the sales assistants (one named Debra) did not acknowledge me nor did they offer to help me. They were standing around chatting to one another. I walked out very unsatisfied with the poor service from this store. Won't be returning!

I had a lovely experience visiting my house at Rouse Hill, the staff saved me money by advising me with which sheets I needed, then I went back a few days later to buy a mattress topper, once again I was treated with wonderful service by two lovely staff members call SAM and DEBRA the shop has a good range of sleep merchandise, thank you for helping me with the right linen for my bed and budget.

Manager was quite rude, sold me the wrong item and it was more expensive than what I initially wanted. When returning the item to exchange her response was just to buy something else with difference in money. Not a sorry for her stuff up, just denied making the sale.
