Wouldn’t recommend getting your nails done here to anyone! I myself will never be going here again. I came here to get my nails done for my graduation when arriving the ladies were rude and when doing my nails they were rough and hurt my cuticles.

Poorly recommended professional nails before I arrived for my appointment I rang ahead and to book a 4 pm appointment then once I arrived they said I had not made an appointment so booked me for 4:30 pm then I continued to wait for another 10 minutes to get waxed once I was finally in the room the lady rushed so much that she missed so much hair on my legs would not recommend.

I paid $65 for half a pedicure. The lady who performed the pedicure took half the time as another lady who started at the same time as me. I was so disappointed as this is a lot of money to spend. Will never use this establishment again and will be researching nail salons in the future.

Really confused by the poor reviews - there are two nail places in Coolalinga and I have never had a bad experience at this one!! I had Lee, who was doing a shellac pedicure for me, and wow she did a great job!! 10/10 I will be back again and hopefully Lee is able to do my nails again!

The staff working were unprofessional as they made rude comments towards my girlfriend and filed her nail bed until it was red almost bleeding 0/10 wish I could give less than 1 star

The pictures show how my fiancee came home after going to professioNail. This was after there second attempt to get the correct colour. They did not remove the old colour and as you can see did not even cover it with the new colour. Very poor effort and to still charge 15 extra for metallic finish.

Did my nails a week before and my acrylic nails are already lifting. Today one of my nails fell off. The staff were good and friendly. Kinda wish they applied the nails a bit more carefully to prevent nail lifting cause the last couple of appointments I had, my nails always lifts after a week.

Pre Christmas pedicure/shellac. Regular thing I get, but first time here. Best one yet. As well as a great pedicure and shellac, they did hot stone massage of the calves and then hot towel. Just that extra step makes it more of an experience. 10/10 - will go back.
