It was a pleasure to work with the Narellan team to transform our backyard. Despite challenging inclement weather conditions and access constraints, the team, including Mitch, Tan, Dan, Junior and Scott persevered to accomplish a great outcome. From working with Matt during the quotation phase through to the construction, the team was highly professional and communicated well throughout the process. I would highly recommend them for your build!

From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure working with Narellan Brisbane Bayside. Matt got the ball rolling with great suggestions and recommendations through the quoting process. Tan, Mitch and the boys then kicked into action with the install with Daniel co-ordinating things in the background, happily dealing with our many questions and changes. The entire team were friendly, approachable and professional and kept us up to speed with great communication along the way. It was great to work with a group that deliver 'good ol fashioned' customer service, take pride in what they do, and deliver an amazing finished product. Highly recommend them.

Narellan Pools Bayside & Central have been great from the start. We had very limited access to our pool area (1.1m wide) but dealing with Matt the sales guy, he was confident it could be done. They sourced the machines, coordinated multiple cranes and planned everything very well. Their communication was great and there were no additional costs from the initial contract besides some additional tiling which we requested. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting a great pool with a complicated build. Mitch, Tan, Junior and Dan have all been amazing!

My husband and I have nothing but praise for the bayside Narellan pool team. From the moment we were quoted until the moment our pool was signed off we had constant communication and professionalism from Mitch and Dan. Our questions never went unanswered and our pool install ran very smoothly. We can’t thank Narellan pools enough for our little piece of paradise!

Tan, Daniel, Mitch and the guys from Narellan were absolutely fantastic to deal with from start to finish. We had a few delays with starting construction due to council permits, but Daniel and Mitch worked through all the problems and their main goal was getting us a pool, and they sure did that! In extremely challenging circumstances too, especially dealing with council, and our house backs onto a main road, so lots of problems to solve! And they always communicated everything and did a great job overall. Couldn't recommend these guys more!
