Took my son for a massage. He loved it. Gena was great. Very friendly and made us both comfortable. Never seen him stay so still and relaxed. Would highly recommend.

Best health food store I've ever been in. And I've been in ALOT! Small but packs a punch as what's on offer as well as what's in the current market. Owner was lovely and not your usual self inflated helthfood type. (Takes one to know one!) check them out.

AH-mazing! Excellent massage & I have tried a lot of places across Newcastle.Beautiful room, clean fresh towels, comfortable table, scented oils, very respectful & professional. Also they have hicaps machine on site to instantly claim from your private health, so you don't have to keep your receipt to chase your private health fund later (which I basically never do).

This shop, although it seems small, always has everything I'm looking for. Theres a large range of products for both adults and children and the owners are very knowledgeable and helpful.
