Haven’t received a shift in over a month, constantly having to ask for rosters to be sent to me instead of them being sent automatically as they do for other staff, very unprofessional. If you’re unable to do a shift for whatever reason they’ll punish you by not giving you many shifts for the next fortnight. People have had good experiences with Edmen, personally I have not! I should add that this review is based on the Edmen Group in Sydney. The Edmen Group in Cairns were lovely & professional.

I wouldn't work with them unless I was hungry to pick up any shift thrown at me. You have to be prepared to travel to short shifts and go through tolls to meet the start times. There was 1 coordinator that would harrass and ring on private to get you to work on. luckily enaugh for me i left to a more grounded workplace

I started working for Edmen at 2016. Through my employment with Edmen I have worked in many houses and different type of disabilities. From there I gained a lot of experience and knowledge. All I can say about Edmen is a good place to work. You will have a great team and support to help you everyday. The only reason I left Edmen is because my daughters medical condition, I need something more stable. Otherwise it’s great place to work. Join them you won’t regret. I’ll miss working with you guys
