Hans and Viga were absolutely wonderful and showroom was beautiful. I could try multiple pianos and were not hassled or pressured at all. Both Hans and Viga were so knowledgeable, helpful and passionate about pianos! Purchased a Hoffman V175 with no dramas, arrived when expected and in pristine condition. I’m a piano teacher and will highly recommend students come and visit Austral Piano World when looking to purchase an instrument.

Ordered a brand new Kawai CA67R digital piano + assemble and delivery. I expected that it is a brand new, in original box, and will be assembled at my home. But it turned out that they delivered a dirty used piano + second hand chair. Hans over the phone told lies about the piano had just been assembled at his showroom. I showed marks on the keys to the delivery man and he was happy to return to the store. Dealing with Hans to get refund was painful. He hung up the phone while I was talking about the issue. Eventually got the refund but lost the delivery and assembly fee.@Hans: Warranty is not the evidence for a brand new item.

Chose to shop here as the service I was provided on the phone was far superior to other piano/music shops I had called. Service in-store was also excellent. Incredibly happy with my purchase

Hans was very nice, gave us the time we needed to check out the pianos, the store itself is nice with many pianos to try and the prices are reasonable. The piano arrived in 2 days after I bought, after a week it had some issues, not the stores fault, possibly manufacturer issue but the store tech came out and fixed it really quickly. Couldn't fault him or the owner. Look forward to the tuning.

I cannot praise this store enough. I ordered a Seiler piano, sight unseen, to be shipped from Melbourne to the United States. Steve was instrumental in alleviating any concerns I might have had with this endeavor. He was in constant communication with me explaining all steps of getting this piano to me in perfect condition. From the prepping of the piano to the custom crate to the loading onto a ship to make its way to me. Amazing service I got from Hans. Ordered a piano over the phone from him that I have never even seen in person at all due to lockdown. He did an amazing service from start to finish. My brand new Kawai DG30 arrived yesterday and it is absolutely beautiful I can’t stop staring at it. Glad I chose this store. Will definitely come back here again.
