UKO Marrickville Village
I lived in UKO Marrickville for 10 months and I had a very good experience. The building is in very good condition, you have all the basics in your studio (and in the building). WiFi works pretty well which was very important for me since I worked a lot from home.The community managers are amazing, always trying to keep the place cosy and in good condition :) They are very responsive, professional and friendly!You can enjoy a nice co-living experience if you want, and at the same time enjoy your personal space and privacy.Great experience!

Been living here for a 2 months so far, I transferred easily from the Newtown location to be closer to work. Everyone is friendly and really helpful.Furniture is high quality, location is great, lots of street parking, close to train station and bus stops, 3 minutes to Woolies, easy drive or bus ride to the bigger shopping centre. Ali is the best manager. Everything is included for one price. Highly recommend.

Great place to live. New and clean, and very convenient as utilities, furniture and linen are included.Laundry and larger kitchen also on-site. Everyone I have met has been very friendly, including staff.10 minute drive from Tempe IKEA and 15 minutes from Marrickville Metro shopping centre. 3 minute walk to Woolies and 5 minute walk to the station
