22/09/22 - My partner and I ordered 2 subs this evening at 6pm. There was an older Indian man with extremely hairy arms making the sandwiches. I noticed his hairy arms touch and rub up against the sandwiches and the tubs holding the salads. This was disgusting!Please be aware when they make your food. The man's name tag had trainee covering up his name but I don't believe he is a trainee as he was training a young boy.

Sams was very quick making my veggie delite and put all the right amount of salads on. Store was clean and ingredients & bread were fresh. I was wary of ordering due to low reviews but I am glad I did, I am very satisfied with my experience.

Not very clean.The person making the sandwich was wearing the same single use gloves constantly and touching everywhere including cleaning the surface in front of him. Also easily throwing the lettuce that fell around, back to its box! There was no lid on any of the ingredient boxes and the guy was only mixing the smashed avo once in a while to hide the dried and discolored part on top.

Use to be a good subway but now, Very tight on how much ingredients were put on my foot long. I had to ask for more of everything. Also the cashier was handling cash with gloves and then touched cookies, in this climate, very inappropriate

Honestly, since the new owners have had it we started going to the one in Richmond because the quality has just gone downhill in the north richmond store, which is a shame given we live so close! I thought I'd give it one more chance tonight and my sub tasted off like the chicken was bad, the bread was burnt to a crisp, it was just super disappointing and i couldn't even eat more than two bites. When Daniel owned it, the subs were always cooked to perfection and we never had any issues. Sorry, but we won't be back anymore. :(

Foods always good but geez I hope that the bloke that served myself and my partner isn’t the owner because the way he spoke has no customer service appeal at all, not something I expect from a subway

Walked into the store to the girl saying she’s packing up the product, I asked if they were closed she replied no. The girl was rude while taking my order and said my boyfriend couldn’t have cheese because she’s wrapped the cheese up. She was very unhappy about serving us and was rushing our order. I understand it was about to be closing time but you wouldn't treat a customer like that during the day.

Everyone I know who has gone in has commented how rude and disrespectful the Indian owner is to his employees and also customers. Pull your head in mate.
