I originally booked an Express Microdermabrasion package through Groupon. Now I have monthly appointments with Neve & have purchased treatments as gifts for friends. Friendly, relaxed ambiance, great service & value for money.

I would highly recommend this salon.Neve done a beautiful facial, best I have ever experienced. Nice relaxing music and a a lovely girl. It was divine.

Booked with groupon , in oct paid in full , tried to book in oct they said only date avalible was in jan 2021 so she booked a date then , they said you have no booking. Then she re booked in person only to be told there was no booking again, Now the voucher is expired , may be as they could not fit it in any time soon. Now my wife is so fed up this is the last place she wants to go for a massage, thanks heaps. Stay well away.

I bought a Groupon in December, I have called LOTS of times to try and book an appointment, and it is impossible. No one will return my call. Extremely frustrating, specially as I have been trying to book an appointment for two months. There is only a phone number, no other contact details and no one returns voicemails, ever. Don’t buy groupons for this clinic, my voucher expires in 3 days and I’m just at a loss of how a business can be this bad

Do not go to this place! Save you money. They scam you. After calling 10 times I finally got through and paid for 6 sessions of ipl over the phone. I tried calling the next day to actually book in to have it done and no response what so ever. My friend also wanting ipl through them, they called her back as she mentioned she wanted a treatment but they kept ignoring my calls even though tending to her. At this point I called and texted (they only have a phone number) so many times trying to now ask for a refund.. nothing yet again. Now it’s been 2 weeks and they keep telling me they will refund me and yet they will send no proof of a receipt, I even had to get other people involved to call and ask also hoping they’d take this seriously. This is an absolute scam, they will take your money and never even book you in for a treatment, and the second you ask for a refund just know it’s never going to happen. Don’t waste your time and money on the most unprofessional place I have ever come across. Never been more disgusted, shame on you, scamming people of their hard earned money.

WOW....! Booked IPL-sessions with Groupon; everything very neatly organised. The staff is so warm-hearted, generous and very kind&bubbly. The best IPL device is available and it’s really strong. Results can be seen after the first appointment. I drive up from Willetton, because it’s SO worth it to go to a relaxing place with very competent and gorgeous staff. I recommend it to all my friends! Best choice one can make to visit and convince yourself.
