Very dissapointed. I really liked a ring for my brother in law for his wedding. The displayed price was $249. The lady told me they had put it on display incorrectly and that it is actually for $300. I requested her to honour the price and she refused to. I had to purchase it anyway as i had no other option for a last minute ring but i am very upset about the service.All other stores honour the price for incorrect price displays but this store refused to do so. Unfair.

Brooke is an absolute star! Top notch customer service.Good range of products, reasonable prices, clean store, and you are always treated as a VIP.

I am a paraplegic woman who needed 4 gifts (earrings) urgently and so after searching the Shiels website I picked out the 4 pairs I wanted and that I new were in stock!! I wrote the details of all of them but didn't write the barcodes so my carer (a 77 yr old man) just turned up with a piece of paper and nothing else and 2 ladies in the Joondalup store went absolutely above and beyond to help him out!! they took great Customer Service to a whole new level and I cannot thank them enough for their time, patience and assistance with a man that had no idea what he was doing!! One was named Brenda but I don't know the other name, I would greatly appreciate that they are recognized for their amazing service...absolutely delighted, THANK YOU LADIES, WELL DONE!!!

Was just about to make a purchase. Push push push, pressure pressure pressure from the staff. Less interested in answering questions than just buy and get out. Going somewhere else now. Terrible customer service. Worse than a car salesperson. Just purchased similar bracelet at Angus and Coot where they were horrified when I recounted the story. So I have now purchased my chosen bracelet from their opposition, and will likely make another purchase there very soon. Really poor Shiels Joondalup. You just lost one definite and one future sale.

What can I say, I do have a soft spot for jewellery. Sometimes I do Click and collect, other times I enjoy going in-store to look at items I'm interested in, in person. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Definately best choice for jewellery at Lakeside on a reasonable budget.
