Very polite and knowledgeable. Managed to help me out without a problem and gave great advice. The issue is resolved and any future plumbing needs I know where to return to.

We will start off by saying this is our second review of an Eagles Plumbing Store. Our closest store is actually Forster however we went into the Rutherford Store Initially on our newby (Non Tradie) Journey to get some advice and look at product options after having an experience at a competitor that left us wanting to see what else was out there.Dave, Mitch and the rest of the team there are absolutely outstanding and top flight on their customer service, Price and Willingness to help. The first time we went in Dave did a full quote and spent at least 30 mins with us doing a comparison quote against another one we already had in hand.He was super friendly the entire time (despite the whole Covid 19 thing and us wearing masks). He also had a great sense of humour and had us laughing the entire time. And now the best part. The quote that was in excess of $1400 from the competitor came down to $900 from Eagles for the exact same stuff.So that was the first trip in there around a month ago. After learning very quickly that Copper Plumbing is apparently not something any idiot can do (I'm the idiot) we decided to go back in hat in hand and see what they could do for us yesterday.Mitch was the one who served us this time at 4pm in the arvo and he worked absolutely tirelessly to go through the different option with PEX'd and even made a bunch of suggestions that brought it down from being over $1300 to just around $778.22. Having already wasted around $500 to figure out copper wasn't the way this was a huge thing for us.Mitch to you mate we say thank you. Your suggestions and idea's are gold and saved us from putting guns in our mouth. Once again Dave was super friendly in the background and everyone in there was super keen to help us sort out our dramas.The the Eagles owners we once again make the comment that these Staff wherever you are finding them are the absolute cream of the crop. Pay them more than they are worth because they are making your business such a standout that the competitors cease to exist in our thought process.

Very happy to recommend Michael and Eagles Rutherford. I was searching for a sink with specific requirements, Michael found exactly what I wanted and had it quick smart. He assisted with a tap mixer, despite a couple of false starts with stock (not his fault), he hunted down a suitable replacement quickly. Very pleased with the pricing and service, great stuff!
