Pedicure and gel shellac was fine.Got acrylic nails, with tips and gel colour. Everything looked good. However throughout the day my finger tips started to swell, get itchy, red and very painful. I realised I must’ve had an allergic reaction to the acrylic. So I went back to get them removed on the same day, 5 hours after my visit. I was told if I removed them I have to get charged for them and that my reaction is “normal”. It’s not normal. I’ve had my nails done many times and this isn’t a normal reaction. Very upset with the service. Paid $105 in total. Kim and Anh were both very rude and did not offer a reasonable solution. It’s not my fault I’m allergic.Just don’t even bother with them.

I’ve never been here before and wanted to try a new place. The lady who did my nails hardly spoke to me and was very rough on my fingers as well as telling me my nail beds were terrible. I asked for French tips; All my nails are uneven and lifting, the whites are also far too big and take up more than half my nail,I hate them! They also charged me $5 more than what was on the board. Not what I wanted at all, won’t be going back again.

I don’t have any expectations of local nail salons when it comes to service.However this place was beyond rude. Four female staff socialised, laughed and did each other’s nails as I sat there she would just tap my hand for a change over. No eye contact either.Not a single word to me other then “pay now”As I said no expectations. A smile is good enough and head nod. I didn’t even get that.

I’ve been going to this nail place a couple times and the work is shoddy at best. They do no cuticle work “sit down pick a colour” is their motto. Forget about making an appointment you’ll wait an hour anyway for the person you’ve booked with, and they will blast Vietnamese music like it’s going out of fashion. If they cut you, they don’t care, there isn’t appropriate care provided. They don’t seal the free edge therefore your nails chip in a week. But the worst is then speaking in Vietnamese. They think because I’m Caucasian I don’t know what they are saying, but I’ve got Vietnamese friends and they taught me the language. They speak so badly about the customers. They talk about the customers weight or what they look like or will complain about customers. It’s disgusting. They are in an ENGLISH speaking country, they should be making customers welcome and speaking English not gossiping amongst themselves and making their customers feel awkward. I’ve witnessed this so many times it’s revolting behaviour.

I called before coming here and the owner said to walk in, but after I went to the shop , their staff member Kim is so rude and said that she can not do the nails. And this is not the first time I have seen Kim do this, she always tells people that she can’t do two pedicures and only one person. I think this place is amazing but their staff needs to be little more polite and respectful to attract more customers.

They did my nails quite well I'll give them that but this girl named Kim was very aggressive with my hands to the point where my arms got shoved back into me. She was being so rude the moment I entered the store to top that off the lady that started doing the nails first and foremost Anh. Wasn't very polite about it.I've delt with rude customer service before but this was slightly traumatic for me. And ridiculous. To much. Never again it's not worth the nails.

Nails were ok - not the best but overpriced. Shape was uneven.I came for a refill and simple colour + chrome. Extra $20 for chrome which was unheard of… not only that, I specifically said I wanted sheer nails and definitely did not get that either.Nails aside, by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Staffs were rude and opening talked negatively about customers. Even after I spoke Vietnamese to them, the girl that was doing my nails still loudly complained about how long and hard it was to file my nails. I went from coffin to almond. She got lazy and did most of the filing using the electric filling took, which was fine, but the way she did it really hurt me. To the point where I flinched a few times and she still kept going and even complained.No customer service either, just what colour and pay up.Would not recommend.

I came here to get a full set of acrylics last week. Horrible service. The nails weren’t even, they were all different shapes and did not look nice. I rang the owner once I got home and she said come in tomorrow and we will fix them for you. As I walked in I explained what was wrong and one of the ladies started to re-do my nails. Kim then asked what was wrong with them as she was the one who had done them in the first place. I was explaining to her what was wrong and she just started to yell at me, while i was talking nicely. Horrible customer service as she then started to yell at my mum when she came to pick me up saying that the nails were fine and nothing was wrong with them when really they were done horribly. A few days passed then one broke. I rang up and the owner told me to come in to get it fixed. As soon as I walk in the shop i immediately feel uncomfortable. Kim asks where my mum is which it’s none of her business, you do not question customers like that. Extremely horrible customer service.

Terrible job, won’t be coming back here again. They were about to charge me $80 for these and I spoke up for once and got a discount. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
