Absolutely loved this studio. Was in Albury for a working holiday and despite feeling very unfit and intimidated by getting back into exercise after a long time, I was made to feel really welcome by all the instructors and lovely clients here. The atmosphere is great, it's welcoming and fun. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The classes so far, I love :) I feel like I've had a descent workout but also feel so relaxed during and after the class.

Warm friendly studio community with nice range of classes and easy booking system.Felt very welcome for the week I was in town for work.Great reformer classes by Georgie and Jacquie.Monday evening Yoga with Valentina was a treat.Would recommend even just for one class if travelling through town - beginners very welcome.

The restorative yoga class is just beautiful and gently delivered, the name of the class is very apt. The studio has a lovely vibe and is clean and safe to practice in.
