Jake was our wedding photographer last year in October. We never previously met him before as he was referred to us through a friend. Instead of raving on about how good he was or wasn't, i'll provide insight into what another couple could expect if they were to hire Jake.Our wedding day started at 8am. Jake was punctual and introduced himself to the wedding party, making everyone feel comfortable and at ease. He gave everyone a run down of the day and started planning location and styling shots at the property we hired. Like a professional, he allocated times for certain shoots and communicated this to us all to give us plenty of time for prep.If you're not used to posing for photos, it can feel unnerving but Jake was able to give the wedding party tips on poses and positions which helped take the pressure off and get some really creative pictures. During our ceremony and reception, he worked tirelessly and was everywhere, like he wouldn't let a moment go to waste.Apart from the amazing photos we received, we'd have to say what we appreciated most was his positive energy. Our wedding day rained like it was Noah's Ark. But despite the disappointing rain, Jake went above and beyond to try and find amazing shoot location opportunities. He stayed with us all day, 15 hours straight keeping up the good vibes and energy.Leanne and I want to thank you once again :)
