Went into the store to purchase a cologne a few years ago & was overwhelmed by the range .Today i went back in intending to buy several.What a disappointment. The range was so limited they could have had it all in a kiosk & still had room left over.A-lot of Their display sample bottles were empty & others were doubled up to make the display look good.I don’t know what the store is doing but they myst be loosing out on a hell of a lot of sales.The staff were very friendly though.Extremely disappointed David Jones.

David Jones did not have stock of the item we were chasing. However the staff were able to refer us to a competitor that did have stock. Impressive customer service.

Mimco at david jones is my favourite place to shop, there is lady name soni she so nice, always helps me to find stuff for me. Her customer service is good, she so professional. I really appreciate her help other day. Highly recommended “mimco”.

Enquiry about perfumes led to the overenthusiastic saleswoman spraying my wrist.then before I knew it. all around my face and a very expensive jacket with expensive perfume she wanted to convince me was the best..it was wasteful to the expensive perfume which I didn't particularly like.. couldn't wait to shower and hang myjacket outside..cured me of ever wanting perfume again.

To the perfume dept lady this morning on Mothers Day!Not funny spraying the area with one of your awful perfumes-people walking through would like to breathe fresh air and not be choking on chemicals. Not clever at all!!How dare you wish me a happy mothers' day. I am not a mother!

Went to try some few perfumes Today around 3pm, a lovely staff member (Michelle) came and helped me with the choices, made me very happy with purchase of two perfume aswell got a few samples on top

Went to spend my gift vouchers. Parking was an issue on the weekend. Bought my perfume and left the Canberra Centre.DJ'S doesn't have a big range of plus sizes, which is a shame. Doesn't cater for the more mature clients.

I have just spent 1/2hr on the phone trying to get someone to talk to at DJ . It’s impossible because they get don’t answer or they hang up or they leave the phone so you can hear everything but won’t speak to you. Very unprofessional! Not happy!
