The level of care, compassion and warmth is second to none. I’ve had to bring my cat in during emergencies and they’ve always been so accomodating and helpful. The team always go above and beyond. Thank you!

*update - have since been to another vet who informed me my kitten was misdiagnosed by Willoughby with something more severe. Because of this, the issue has now carried on for two weeks longer than it needed to and he was on unnecessary medication. Also would have appreciated a call or contact from the owner but haven’t heard anything.Had an experience here today that I thought worth sharing.Brought in my kitten as a precaution with some mild symptoms, otherwise happy and energetic, expecting to take home maybe some antibiotics. Was instead told it could be something “fatal” spent four hours in an absolute panic, and $600 later I’m sent home told it’s just an infection and with antibiotics.I understand being cautious and covering basis, however I was completely panicked into spending $600 on unnecessary tests instead of being given any other options.Cannot help but feel like it was a money grab at the expense of my poor cat. Will not be going back.

I had a really positive experience with sending my dog in for a procedure. Dr Jen was friendly, reassuring and professional. Great updates along the way and follow up.

Worst vet ever visited, you did a terrible job with the stitches and you gave our dog the wrong medicine, you made our dog shiver with pain for 2 days. Misspelled our dog’s name and made us wait outside for half an hour. Instead of doing a bunch of tests and checkups, should of just focused on the surgery.Unlike humans, dogs can’t talk. But it doesn’t mean you should treat them any differently to humans. I don’t recommend this practice. Maybe pay more patience, handle our pets with more care and please be take more responsibility with our pets.Thank you.

I really like this vet, it feels welcoming and comfortable. I find appointment times are reliable, and it’s easy enough to access.

Would not recommend this practice. Some of the vets we've dealt with over the years have been caring, helpful and thorough (hence two stars). Some, not so much. For example, one time, they failed to tell us our dog should have been on a medication they have added on file, and 6 months later asked us why the dog wasn't taking the dose... that we didn't know about.Always frustrating arriving on time for our appointment with our old dogs, and having to sit there (often outside in the cold) for up to an hour because they are running late or dealing with emergencies... understandable but not professional or respectful not to call us and ask to come in later. Staff not apologetic at all when this happened, with no consideration for our time or dogs' distress at being in the vets.Worst example for us was recently when we wanted to have our old dogs euthanised at home. Reception were very cold and uncompassionate, and made us feel like we were being such a burden asking for this to happen, repeating that we would just have to 'pop in' between appointments for a vet to do this. After years and tens of thousands of dollars spent there, they could not give us 30 minutes for a final appointment at our house to make sure our dogs' final minutes were stress-free. Disappointing and zero compassion. Luckily we found a more caring company online to look after our dogs' last appointment at home. Strongly suggest you find a more caring and respectful vet for your pet if you want to feel looked after and valued.

The vets are nurses here are absolute world class. They treated my dog with love and care and treated her accordingly when they discovered what was wrong. Our dog was in and out of emergency for vomiting and diarrhoea before being transferred to Willoughby. Once she was there they popped her on fluids and did blood tests and then treated her for potassium deficiency. She came home happy and healthy (although she does miss her cuddles at the clinic). I can't thank the team enough and can't see myself taking them anywhere else!
