Worst customer service ever. They don't acknowledge you despite waiting at counter to order. And later, serve a customer who comes after you. It's just waste of time. Salads are also not fresh. Don't spend your money.

Salads are relatively fresh but I usually see a fly landing on the salads, can you please install sliding doors that need to be opened when service takes place. This is for hygiene standards

Rude staff. I ordered tea and the girl after ages gave me two lattes, I realised and told her she gave me the wrong order. Then she begins arguing with me going back and forth rudely saying “No you ordered two lattes, no, no.” What the hell? Telling me I’m wrong about what I ordered and getting angry? She was fuming for no reason in front of everyone. Is it my fault you made the wrong thing? 0/10

A bit surprised by some of the bad reviews here, my experience was great! Salads are always fresh and tasty at Soul Origin and this was no exception. I had the Falafel salad, chicken schnitzel and the marinated beef with a bottle of water. My wife had the beetroot salad, bean salad and Caesar salad. They were both very yummy! Service was fine, the lady was polite and seemed to squeeze as much salad as she could fit into the plate.

Pretty disappointing overall:- Flat disaffected service (sorry, but your staff don't even want to work there; also slow to attend to customers).- the strongest flavour you're going to find from the food is the taste of the fridge it has spent the last two nights in; the Pasta is clearly stale and undercooked.- portion control is a joke: $14 for a salad that is 4/5's rocket/salad mix, 1/5 canned beetroot, walnuts and feta.In defence of Soul Origin, these are also complaints that can leveled at multiple franchisee's across Sydney.
