Personable and switched on staff at Mega Music Wangara! Alex went over and above in diagnosing and fixing one of my guitars that was having dropouts during gigs. I will always go there for their friendliness, range of gear and after-sales service.

I was at a gig and needed an extra mic stand, but the store was 18 mins away and closed in 20 mins, I called them up explaining my situation. They had the great of of me ordering one over the phone and leaving it hidden out the back! Worked out great, they saved my a**! Legends.

I interacted with Phil in the drum dept a couple of times while I was shopping around for a new electric drum kit - torn between the Roland products I was so familiar with, and the new Efnote kits that had the look I wanted.Phil was patient, helpful and refreshingly honest/transparent. When I was ready to buy, Phil went above and beyond to get SAME DAY delivery from the warehouse to the store on a Friday afternoon (I will point out he made it very clear to me that delivery might take a couple of days in a previous conversation - it was my fault for giving him such short notice that I was keen to buy)On pickup day, I happened to be looking at some hand drums my kids were fascinated with during our first sighting visit to the store. Phil mentioned that he had some similar products coming in stock, at a much lower price point than the one I was holding (I was never going to buy this particular example for a 9 year old to play with, so there was no 'lost' sale) - I immediately agreed, and I'm looking forward to getting my hands on those too!Phil's brand of customer service is rare, and valuable to everyone involved. However, based on the small snippets of other customer interactions I saw and heard during my time at the store it seems like all the staff there are of a similar calibre.If you're a drummer, I have no higher recommendation for you than MM Wangara. Go there now, thank me later :)Oh - if anyone out there is in the same boat I was an comparing Roland to Efnote.............You will be very, very happy with the Efnote kit. Get it. Get it now.

Recently, i went to Mega Music Wangara and bought a speaker and a midi keyboard controller. Most of the time, i will buy my musical instruments from Mega Music Myaree.Unfortunately, there was a problem with the speaker that i bought from the Wangara store. It was not the fault of Mega Music and my guess is that the problem was from the supplier.The speedy service by Rob Ellement and his fellow staff to rectify this problem is something that needs to be made known. One thing that i can say for sure is that the service from both the Myaree and Wangara store is very good.I still remain a very happy customer of Mega Music.Thank you Mega Music.
