very bad customer service, my car's fuel tank capacity is 60 liters, in last 5 years I have never end up filling more than 55 liters in tank to make it full tank and on this pump It took 63 liters to make it full tank. I complaint about it and person at the store said it is what it is. I will never go back there again and do not reccommend it to anyone.

I ordered some items through this service station and did not recieve all items I paid for I want a phone call and a refund of the items I paid for but didn’t recieve. I ordered a ready steady cook meal , Doritos and bread but only recieved bread and other items were possibly sold out but wasn’t contacted about alternate items or to get a refund. Happy to take my money with thought . Very bad customer service and I will not be ordering through them again but I want a refund for my items

Hi i just visited there i have uber discount code the lady working there take my phone from my hand rudely and said me i am not accepting that coupon .Then I explain her then she accept. The way of taking phone from my hand is totally wrong please check the cameras ,how she is serving customers. Also she is not wearing mask appropriately. As a customer service she need to be take care of customers safety in corona situations.

I think the petrol here was good value. Likewise, you don't need to mask up to enter the shop because you can pay with your card outside at either pump

Awful food. They had literally a single vegan food item, so I bought it not having any choice. It was a generic falafel wrap. It was tasteless, soggy with condensation on the inside of the plastic, and the falafels were hardly edible. They tasted like sand and paper mixed with spices and glue. You need to up your game big time. Never going back. But the toilet was clean :)

Reasonable shop size, and friendly staff. They are among-st the few gas stations in Melbourne who never asked for a Pre-Pay in motor bike. The station is at the corner of huge intersection, the number of pumps are less. Ease of access both inbound and outbound of Melbourne.
