HiI went today to get my covid booster vaccine. They are very welcoming to customers. Really Very good service given by them.

Got my booster jab here today as I live in country vic and am in Melbourne for work the staff were incredible when above and beyond to help me out. Couldn’t recommend them higher

Great pharmacist..very caring and had my Covid and flu injections .. he was fantastic

Waited for 50 mins to get a vaccination booked at 9:30 am today when the store was almost empty (no other customer), after waiting for approx 30 mins still he was creating vaccination, we asked how mush more time it will take, we were told to wait till all vaccinations are prepared for the day with utmost arrongance. We also suggested to give it to my daughter first and rest he can do later as there was no one else waiting in the clinic, he got angry and thretened to cancel the appointment. We request him to do it and walked away.Not sure if Government is providing any proper traninigs and looking into who all are capable of managing kids vaccinations.Really disappointed !!!

I've been to this chemist numerous times over the last few months and all the chemists and staff have always been super friendly and helpful.My 15 month old son recently cut his finger open, and whilst it was only minor, one of the chemist literally dropped everything he was doing to help me out with my little guy.Highly recommended.

I booked a vaccine booster through the Terry White website to stay safe in the community. The only appointment available was at this pharmacy. I drove 1.5 hours to make my appointment. I was told the vaccine didn’t arrive and all bookings were cancelled (which was fine, these things happen). No apologies were given and the receptionist tried to gaslight me by telling me I was called to notify me of my cancellation by phone (I wasn’t) and that an email was sent out (it wasn’t, I even checked spam). Three hours driving just to not get a vaccine, in a situation that could easily have been avoided through competence. To say I was unsatisfied with the response is an understatement.

Agree with previous reviews, great customer service.. booked Covid & Flu injection, chemist was great to deal with for my wife & I.

I went to get the covid booster shot, and chemist Jo was amazing, she made me feel comfortable from the get go, took extra care to ask sufficient questions to gather all the information and followed up accordingly.
