Caffeine Fix - Breville Espresso Sales (by appointment only)

For the first time, I serviced my Breville BES870BSS here. The service was very thorough but quick too. Mohammad (the owner) is very attentive and friendly to his customers. For any repair or part replacement, Mohammad showed me the root cause of the issue and asked for approval beforehand.I recommend this shop, and I am certainly coming back for all upcoming maintenances.

Mohammad sold me a fantastic machine 1y ago. It has been a great product, and I’m delighted with this. What amazed me was Mohammad's customer service. Even after 1y, since I got the machine from him, he still provides excellent support when I need it and always gives me bits of advice to improve my experience with the machine.

I had a problem with my Breville grinder and Mohammad could have asked me to drop the machine in and charge me a service fee, but he offered to look at it via FaceTime. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable - TLDR after a couple of short calls, problem was fixed and grinder now working with no issues. If I ever require repairs to my coffee machine/grinder again, I know who I will contact - thanks Mohammad, highly recommended!

If there is a price offered, it is offered because that’s what’s fair for the services rendered and not an arbitrary attempt to exploit consumers.If my review appears as if it is indicating that the business will make a dedicated instructional video on all the specifics of the specific item (not model) being purchased - that’s because - it’s exactly what happened. May 2022I recently contacted Mohammad about servicing my breville barista express BES870. After telling him what was happening with my machine, he promptly made an appointment. I arrived and waited while he serviced it. He replaced the water tank, cleaned it and gave it a full service. During the process he messaged me with photos and checked to see if i wanted certain parts replaced and let me know the cost.I highly recommend this service .. he was brilliant!!!Our machine is working perfectly NOW !!
