Rob from Insurance Claims Group came round after he working with neighbours and we noticed his smile. We wanted to know what he was doing with neighbours and he advised he was assisting people after a hail event. He was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Really pleased with Insurance Claims Group The whole service has been easy and painless. My insurance company originally only said less than 20% of my roof was damaged from the major hail storm. The insurance assessor was very abrupt and dismissive our the damage on our home and I knew it wasn’t right. However after engaging insurance claims group, the team inspected our home and eventually had the insurer approve the whole roof through persistence. There is no way I would have been able to navigate the claim by myself and can’t thank the team enough, they did a wonderful job.

Our initial contact was with Jordan Callender who organised the early stages of our claim by engaging with the insurance company on our behalf and the builder the insurance company sent to assess the hail damage to our roof. Jordan was able to clearly explain the claim process to us and reassure us that the Insurance Claim Group would make that process smooth and stress free. Jordan was excellent to deal with. The process was then taken over by Harley Mills who calmly guided us through the rest of the process, some of which would have otherwise been very stressful for us, for example finding a repairer, getting quotes, and organising the repairs. Harley was very efficient, well informed and a pleasure to deal with. We would not hesitate to recommend the Insurance Claims Group to others.

After having them approach us regarding a recent storm event, they were able to professionally have our damage reported and the claim submitted. Our insurance company was a little hard to work with, however the outcome has been successful. Happy with our experience working with Jordan and the team.

Jordan and the team was very professional in helping me with my claim that lasted nearly a year. The insurer wouldn't come to the party and Jordan and team persevered with the insurer and their trades to accept the damage that was very visible. I had never heard of the Insurance Claims Group before a friend referred me to them as I struggled with repairs to my house as a result of weather events. I hadn’t put a claim to my insurance company because the damage was the result of successive minor events. The repair needed, however was far from minor and I was happy to be supported and guided through a process in which I was largely a spectator as the Insurance Claims Group staff from a range of disciplines looked into the issues and dealt with the insurance side of things.Harley walked me through the various processes as they came up and for that I was most grateful. A number of building disciplines were addressed by experts in their respective fields giving me increasing confidence in the process. Many issues became apparent about which I was largely unaware and a picture of what was needed was gradually built up.Unfortunately because the damage could not be attributed to a single, specific event the matter was not one which could be passed on to the insurance company. However I ended up with a comprehensive picture of what was needed as well as access to the trades people that the Insurance Claims Group use (at no cost to me) and though the repair costs then fell to me, I was able to have the work completed by qualified people whose pricing was exceptionally fair.Were I to endure house damage through some future event I would have no hesitation in contacting Harley and the Insurance Claims Group.

He then put us onto his team who achieved a great result for us on the first property. They did such a good job I decided to let them inspect my other properties which they have also had one of those approved with my insurance due to hail damage.
