Very helpful, I'm a satisfied customer

My telephone customer service experience has been excellent. All of the customer services agents are thorough, courteous and have a problem-solving attitude. I would have to say that this is a rare and unique experience. I would imagine that they must have a culture that puts the customer first. I'll be back!

Got an email from Astir stating they had Rapid Antigen Test's in stock when everyone in Australia was looking for them. Within 2 minutes of receiving the email I ordered 2 box's for my clinic at $100 per box (paying up front). They didn't arrive until a month later and I had purchased RAT's elsewhere as I was desperate. I called Astir asking to return these unopened goods for a refund or store credit. They refused to refund or give store credit. A shameless cash grab by Astir at the height of the pandemic. Disgusting ethics and zero consideration for their customers. I would give zero stars if it were an option.**update to response - despite sending an email that went in to our junk mail, please explain to me why they can't be returned/refunded unlike most of your other stock?

Madelyn was awesome. She assisted and helped me sort out my Price Match with the stock items I was needing in a jiffy. Customer Service is my number 1 priority and Madelyn was a gem. I found her service to be of great value, supportive and outstanding. I look forward to dealing with her again.

Simple to use and order, the staff are always friendly!

Order was incorrect despite calling them to clarify an error on the website. They still sent the wrong item and customer service was lacklustre and disinterested.Reply. I did call your customer service and was offered a refund for the incorrect items if I returned them to you. It was more trouble than it was worth to print the label, package the incorrect items and return them for a $12 refund. The person I spoke to could not have been less interested. Very disappointing as I went to the trouble of calling and bringing a serious error on your website to your attention but still got sent catheter tip 50ml syringes instead of the luer lock syringes I ordered. When I called regarding the error I was told I could only get the luer lock syringes if I ordered a whole box. I purchased them individually from a different supplier.

Briony is a credit to Yes Medical. Patient, polite, answering all questions asked, got back to me with answers she couldn't provide immediately. Old-fashioned customer service (and I emphasise the word service") is a rarity with so many companies nowadays

Multiple poor experiences. Promised that things would be delivered on certain dates that weren't, sent the wrong products, the wrong number of products, multiple times asked to settle an account that had been paid months previous. Complete shambles - I would recommend going through a different supplier.

Excellent service. I had difficulty with the website and was able to place my order over the phone- very quick and easy. Thank you.
