Beauty Warehouse Hair & Beauty Supplies

Have been going there for over 10 years they seem to have new owners now I stood at counter for over 20 minutes as who ever she was didn't seem to be interested with me standing there with my supply's and chit chatting on the phone all that time. Found her to be rude and up her self she didn't give a hoot or apologised. Won't be spending my money there again. Waste of time would rather spend my money else where.

Below 1 Star rated for customer service. I went there 6th July 2018 , it was my first time going there and it will definitely be my last visit. I will never recommend this store to anyone. The lady didnt know any information about the products being sold there, She didnt even make any attempts to find the information and it almost seamed like I was inconveniencing her by asking for product information. Poor performance, poor customer service and information, lack of knowledge on products, failed to find out information for future orders and not enough choices/stock on shelves when its supposed to be a warehouse. Dont waste your time going here people, cause you will be better off at your local store.

Highly recommend the beauty warehouse at Leumeah. There is always a variety of products to choose from in store and they are always stocked up with products! Cassie is highly professional and very knowledgeable with all products. She is extremely helpful and professional and always provides the best service! :)

I have been getting my stock from Beauty Warehouse Leumeah for years now and I have to share my appreciation for Melissa. Thank you for always organising my stock and honestly going above and beyond. I’ve gone to other beauty warehouse during my time of business but nothing tops the service I receive from Melissa. Highly recommend shopping here!
