Cravin' Crepes Niddrie
Today, I called the store to inquire about their closing time. The employee who answered the phone told me that they were closing at 11 and that they could not take orders over the phone because they were busy. He then asked me if I had called the store before, and when I said yes, he shook his head and rolled his eyes.I was very disappointed by the employee's behavior. I understand that the store may have been busy, but there is no excuse for being rude to customers. Ridiculous behaviour!!

Waited 45 minutes for shisha. The shisha was cheap and rubbish herbal flavour? What shisha place serves herbal? Not one shisha places I’ve ever been to. I couldn’t even smoke it. Not to mention they only had 4 flavours. What a joke. Heater wasn’t working so everyone had to stay cold out the back.

Visited at 10:25pm on a Tuesday to be greeted extremely rudely and eyed off by one of the young girls working there it was as if she was annoyed that I walked in because they decided to close early than 11pm advertised. Understandable if you choose to close early but don’t be so rude about it little encounters like this can really tarnish a company’s reputation.

If I could give this no stars I would. The service was appalling. I can only assume it is a symptom of the manager’s abysmal attitude towards staff. To tie it off the food was well overpriced for the quality. I have had better crepes out of a shaker bottle. Looks like I am not the only one with this experience. Five stars for consistency!

Great for a saturday morning breakfast. Some of the seats have cushions so its good for coffee and laptop day. An ordering barcode is on the table if you need it.

Great vibe, good tunes, service prompt and happy.Crepes very good. Restaurant clean and open.Remember the golden rule, it ain't a crepe unless it has Nutella.

Enjoyed a savoury crepe, whereas my wife are something sweet. We both enjoyed our crepes and that were delicious and the coffees were good too. Very affordable and pleasant to be outdoor dining out the front.

This is not the first time I’ve ordered from here and the food has been soggy, and half cooked. They charged an extra $2 for literally a dollap of cheap $2 whip cream from a can. To further add to the frustration I ordered a mochaccino and received a cup of milo. If I wanted that I would’ve walked to my kitchen and made it. I paid $7 for this coffee and had no coffee in it. Absolutely disgusting. I never write reviews but this is now the 3rd time they’ve left me upset

Ordered two crepes and a salad for pick up. The order took >30mins longer than expected and staff were very unhelpful. Opened it up at home and two eggs were raw inside! Plus the vegetables inside were raw too. The other crepe was cold. Absolutely appalled.

The service from the ladies was really disappointed. No smile. No greeting. 3 stars are only for the food. We have orders oreo and nuttela banana crepes.
