Awesome staff member Evie Kamevaar went out of her way to come ask if we needed assistance with anything and provide help with selection of medication while showing a kind attitude thanks heaps!!!

I went in today to pick up a part script that was outstanding. They couldn’t find my script and the male pharmacist came and asked a few questions which I answered and he went away then came back and informed me they couldn’t find my script and his safe had the correct contents and that he was very busy and that he might be able to have a look for it and asked me for my phone number!I tried to say to him about the fact that this was important and it needed some attention, at which Point he walked off! Leaving me an outstanding script and no idea how to explain where it had gone.So having gone home in some confusion and wondering if I should inform the police about the fact that there being an anomaly so I decided to ring the HR dept at there head office in Queensland and they said they would get in touch with the branch and try and get some information!And by some magic some hours later the said pharmacist rang me to say that although he was very busy he spent an hour & half looking for it and found it!! No apology for the angst caused to me by his attitude. Disappointing.

Wouldn't even give them a star very rude and abrupt staff ladies. They follow you around while trying to buy the necessities for my sick children. Never again I'll travel to albury if I have to.

We are new to Wodonga and could not get into any doctors or clinic since moving from Melbourne in July 2021. I had a serious blood pressure issue during the night and needed help for a blood pressure test so we went to your pharmacy to get a test done so I could follow through if medical assistance was needed.Your Pharmacist (Wednesday morning 2/2/2022) was ultra rude and did not want to check my blood pressure and he suggested we would not know what was happening and he was scoffing at us (What would you know) and looking at us like he did not want to touch me. We had to walk away and went to another pharmacy nearby who offered great service and care. My blood pressure was 184/101. So I needed to seek medical help urgently.I am a senior not on any medication but have worked in a medical environment and I knew that something was not right with me.I have been using your pharmacy and have been extremely happy with your staff and they are most helpful. But I will not continue using your pharmacy anymore as to feel like we did and having to seek help elsewhere was very disappointing, unprofessional and showed no empathy or duty of care.We will never recommend your pharmacy to family or friends.

Good Price Pharmacy is open late most evenings and both Saturday and Sunday. The shop is always beautifully presented and very clean. The staff are helpful and there is a huge range of products. There are often great specials which I take full advantage of. Plus they offer FluVax and other immunisations, cost effective and so easy to access. I always enjoy visiting this pharmacy.

I was here to drop off a script. I was asked if I wanted to wait in store. I waited almost 40 minutes for my script to be called. If there is going to be a longer than usual wait, your staff should let the customer know this.Whilst 2 staff members did ask me what the name of the script I was waiting for. They then went and checked, to be told that they were just finishing my script.I'm sorry, but I also work in customer service/retail and that's just not good enough.

Current Chemist is very rude and is not concerned about customer retention. My family of five have been going there for say twelve years without a problem. Yesterday they frustrated me with how I was to place an order. The Chemist came along and said take your scripts and gave them to me. Not that we are big business to them but they lost the business of a family of five and he seemed glad to be rid of us. If he was really interested in his customers he would have had a less arrogant and more customer service focus.

Simply outstanding service. The staff have bent over backwards to accommodate my aged parents, dropping off prescriptions on their way home to save them from travelling, suggesting combination medicines or alternatives to reduce the cost of their regular medications, and supporting them at an even higher level in the semi-lockdown environment.Cannot recommend Sherrie, Taps, Leah and the team too highly. Excellent prices are a bonus.
