Le Petite Nail Salon

This place is dodgy in the extreme. I made an appointment and I turned up on the dot and was told I would have to wait an hour. Then the boss lady said I should come back later in the night. I drove all the way over to be told that they couldn’t honour my booking. The place was full with customers all waiting for their appointments. Some for over an hour. Very disappointed ☹️ I left and went to Dahlia Spa who took me as a walk in. I highly recommend them. Stay away from Le Petite. Unprofessional outfit !!!!!

I have been a regular customer for some time however I am disappointed with the service provided since the new owner came in. I called beforehand to ask when I could come in to fix a broken nail. I was told to come at 5pm, and in the phone call I asked if my favourite technician would be able to help me and was told yes. When I arrived at 5, the owner and another staff member started saying they can't fix my broken nail. I am pretty certain that I was speaking to the owner when I made the phone call. I was frustrated as I had called beforehand but clearly they just make up rules as they go on. I brought my fake nail that had chipped along to the appt, and since they were busy I just asked if someone could glue the fake nail on again as I had a party to go to that night and was quite desperate. The owner said yes and got me to wait. After waiting for 15 minutes, the owner tried to fix it and applied the fake nail above my nail bed. It was the most horrifying thing I have ever seen. I asked her if she could apply if on my nail bed and she said no without any explanation. I asked where my fav staff member was and she said she was busy doing eyelash extensions. The owner said something in Vietnamese to the other staff member who was supposed to help. After waiting another 15 minutes, the other staff member came wanting to remove my existing colour and just applying normal polish onto my whole nail in an attempt to mask the gap on my toes. At this point I was frustrated and walked out of the store. As expected, my fake nail came out the next day. Beyond appalled at the service provided. The previous owner actually cared about consumer's and their feelings.

I got my nails done and they were really nice! I came back for a repair (my own fault) the next day and they accommodated me and I really appreciate it. <3

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE To ANYONE!!! Worst experience ever, the lady who did my eyebrows waxed doesn’t understand English she doesn’t know what she is doing! She asked some other lady for help and she made my eyebrows swell by pulling off wax In painful way.The mirror is so dirty, cannot see my face properly at all! She spoiled the shape of my eyebrows! She kept on plucking my eyelid skin even though there was no hair… when I asked her to correct the shape she left me to wait and attended another customer! Her EFTPOS doesn’t work well! Shady business!!!

My daughter got her SNS for her birthday nails and the nail polish came of in 2 days they meant to at least have lasted 2 weeks east of 80 dollars

First visit and had bad experience. Would never return to this place. Neither will I recommend to anyone. Two of my toe nails area started bleeding and the manicure wasn’t even done properly. The person was in a hurry to finish even though there was no one waiting in line and the salon was literally empty.

Ok I was here today and the lady with the kid who might be the owner is so rude and aggressive. I felt like they we being racist towards me once the white customers arrived and they changed towards them and very polite, but with me very rude and aggressive. A customer even noticed how they’ve treated me today. Never coming here again !!! 0/10

This place was amazing. My nail results were excellent and pedicure fell amazing, must try this place out!
