Attended the Markets at Lazy River and what a selection. Well done Lazy River for putting on such a well organised event

My husband Sam and I, got married at Lazy River Estate in March 2023.The team are absolutely amazing to work with! without their continuous support, our magical day wouldn't have been possible. Lazy River brought our vision to life. If you're looking for the perfect venue to hold your special day, I couldn't recommend enough! Thanks again LRE x

This place is a beautiful visit.Their food is immaculate, tasteful and plentiful, their wines are tasty and copious and the staff and hosts are amazing and accommodating.The management is about to change hands and we wish the original owners well in their next adventure and welcome the new owners in, that will have big shoes to fill.Our tour groups regularly visit here and always give rave reviews of the place.Let's hope the new owners fill the shoes well and keep up the good work.

Beautiful estate for weddings and functions or just a couples getaway in the boat house

Great venue and excellent staff. Had my daughters wedding and reception there yesterday, can’t recommend Lazy River Estate enough. Staff went above and beyond to make it special and the food is amazing! Thank you for your attention to detail, right down to transporting my elderly relatives to and from the wedding ceremony down by the river. Idyllic setting, well priced and awesome staff. Steve

I would never let anyone I know get married at Lazy River Estate. They have been the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with (and I lived in Sydney!)I honestly have never met a business that is so poorly run. They say that they have a wedding planner (which they did) however once the owner took over let’s just say that professionalism went out the door. Meetings were forgotten about and late too, as well as accepting personal phone calls during said meetings. Notes were taken from the so-called wedding planner but never followed through on. To add further insult, the owner argued with my husband on the night of our wedding and lied to him during the night.This was just the tip of the iceberg for us in terms of poor service and professionalism from the staff and owners.While the venue is stunning, I would never recommend that anyone gets married out there while the Scotts own the business. Save yourself your money and go elsewhere!

Had dinner here -- the food wasn't as good as what I expected. To start, my entree was great. Needed a little more heat, but the flavour was rich and delicious. My main, The coconut poached chicken lacked any flavour and finesse. My dessert again lacked the finesse, and looked as though I had gotten the last serving -- the accompanying sauce was as think as molasses, and didn't add a lot to the dish. My partner enjoy their meals, they thoroughly enjoyed the salmon and panacotta.

Beautiful location for a wedding we went to. Friendly staff and great setup inside and out. Good selection of drinks and nice meals. The Only downside which can't be helped is there are a lot of flies near the river.The whole family had a great time at the wedding and lots of great pictures were taken

Having been to several events there i can say I've never had short of a 10/10 experience.Staff are lovely and the beers are cold, couldn't ask for anything more!
