Great service

Absolutely deplorable service. It took CAPS 3 weeks to come out to look at our compressor after SEVERAL follow up calls, then they sent the wrong person who had no idea what they were looking at. They sent the right guy the following day, but refused to provide an updated report, and left us with a barely legible hand written report from the wrong guy. THEN charged us over $140 for the whole exercise. The office staff were rude and unhelpful. I will NEVER use CAPS again, and after the brilliant service we received through another compressor company, it highlighted what a poor customer service and way over-priced company they are. If I could give them a minus star rating I would.
