Grayson at house bayside was fabulous...I wanted manual oven timer...after he scoured boxes out the back hec rang the store out at the outlets centre and found me one one ..I went there

Service is ok prices are a bit expensive for the Bayside Frankston area which is a low-income area it's cheaper to buy the same products which are also through house on my deal app instead of buying the items in store and you get a better discount on my deal app then you would get install.

I went to buy a few things from the store, they didn't accept cash,only cards. The staff not very nice. I left everything to the value of few hundred dollars there. I left very angry how is that possible ,cash is legal tender in Australia. I expect an explanation for this situation and also this have to be fixed very soon.I will see to it, if I don't get an satisfying answer I will go further with this. Very unhappy ex customer .

Buyers beware, bought a three pack of overpriced frying pans, after a month of use, handle fell off, I took to store to be told bad luck basicly and a refusal of replacement.K-mart is better quality

Really disgusting customer service. I bought a product for $26 that didn't do what it was advertised to do (an oven tray that you can't cook food in the oven on). But they don't honor the consumer law and refused to do a refund or offer an exchange, and for such a small amount of money. Clearly customer satisfaction isn't a priority. You can't trust anything you buy here, because it might not work as its supposed to and if that happens they wont do anything.

So upset. Just denied service because I only had cash on me. At the moment they don’t take cash. Well that’s really unfair as I didn’t have anything else! So they said sorry and wouldn’t sell me what I wanted to purchase.

Great end of year deals but it’s a shame that the staff are so unhelpful. We were there 15 minutes and weren’t once offered help by the 3 staff in an otherwise empty store, despite picking up numerous items and looking lost in the store. Improve your customer service, House!!
