Recently I was forwarded Speight & Brown's services from a good friend of the family who wanted me to save time and money on a house purchase. After moving in to the new house I was initially pleased. Today after ringing around (as bill's hadn't shown up and I was concerned) I found out what I paid the conveyancer to do hadn't been done and now I have accumulated bill's that have me now wondering where I will get the money to pay them. In a world where I should be checking up on everything anyone does for you (yep wiping other people's bum's) I found out the hard way! even when paid some people don't necessarily do what they claim there going to do and now with this company I'm once again paying for it!
