I have been living and coping with high tension neck and shoulder pain, knots far too long. Finally forced to act on my discomfort professionally. Highly recommend this practise. They were able to fit me in promptly and professionally. Beautiful setting and lovely Care Team. Cauvery was my Remedial Therapist for one hour. Highly recommend her work. She understood every single annoying knot in my neck and shoulders and managed to totally free me up and today I'm still feeling great. No Pain, No Knots, No bruising. Thank you :-)

First time appointment at Momentum Health Bairnsdale today. I had a remedial massage with Cauvery who was very welcoming and a skilled therapist. I will definitely be returning on a regular basis. Very reasonable price also.

Selina was amazing, best hour of self care I have spent in a long time. I felt so relaxed after my massage. I could feel the tension releasing in my back and shoulders as she worked. I will definitely be back soon.

I thought the massage was good, although it didn't reduce the pain in either my neck or my lower back. As a general feel-good massage, I would rate it 8/10. I also expected a bit of commentary from Selina, such as ' I hope that this massage helped you' or 'would you like to book in for another one?'. I think a bit of interaction would create rapport, which was lacking.
